- TO CLEAN YOUR LEATHER OR FABRIC ITEM, PLEASE RUB IT GENTLY WITH A SOFT CLOTH

WE WARRANTY 1 YEAR IN THE EVENT OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT, WE OFFER REPAIR OPTIONS:

1. HAVE YOUR BAG REPAIRED LOCALLY: IF YOU PREFER TO HAVE YOUR BAG REPAIRED BY A COBBLER LOCAL TO YOU,
WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU UP TO THE AMOUNT IT COSTS FOR REPAIR THROUGH OUR PREFERRED COBBLER. YOU MAY EMAIL US
AT [email protected] WITH PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE AND WE WILL SEND YOU A QUOTE AS TO HOW MUCH WE WILL BE
ABLE TO REIMBURSE, BASED ON THE DAMAGE TO THE ITEM.

2. SHIP YOUR BAG TO US: YOU MAY EMAIL US AT [email protected] WITH PHOTOS OF THE ISSUE AND PROOFS OF
MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND YOU SHALL WAIT FOR OUR APPROVAL .IF WE APPROVE YOUR RETURN BY EMAIL, WE WILL PAY FOR
THE STANDARD SHIPPING COST TO YOUR ACCOUNT. WE WILL THEN WORK WITH OUR PREFERRED COBBLER TO ENSURE YOUR BAG
IS PROPERLY FIXED. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROCESS TAKES ~3-4 WEEKS.
